Jim Dierks, New York Museum of Transportation

Jim Dierks, the current Secretary of the Board of The New York Museum of Transportation, delivered a slide show and talk entitled “The Interurban Era”, highlighting the trolley railroad which ran between Rochester, Canandaigua and Geneva from 1900 to 1930. Jim, also reviewed the overall trolley railroad system which was a very common means of transportation in the early part of the 20th century.
